Crave Magazine publishes celebrity, entertainment and selected digital-culture explainers. This policy sets out how information should be sourced, how uncertainty is handled and how readers can request corrections.
Sources and verification
Articles should prioritise direct interviews, official film credits, studio announcements, public records and original reporting. A source link should lead to the specific evidence wherever possible, rather than a generic homepage. Third-party claims must be attributed. A search trend, social post or repeated headline does not by itself establish a fact.
We distinguish confirmed information from speculation. Claims about relationships, health, finances and private lives require particular care. Estimates must be labelled as estimates, and an on-screen relationship must not be described as a real-life relationship without reliable evidence.
Reviews and commercial claims
An explainer based on public product information is not a hands-on review. Provider statements about features, pricing and performance must be identified as advertised claims unless independently tested. Readers should check the provider’s current terms before purchasing. Any sponsored placement or affiliate relationship should be disclosed on the relevant page.
Updates and publication dates
Original publication dates identify when an article first appeared. A separate updated date identifies a meaningful revision. Updates may include corrected facts, stronger sourcing, new context or clearer explanations. Changing a date alone does not make an article new.
Corrections
Email Cravemagazine.co.uk@gmail.com with the article URL, the statement you believe is wrong and supporting evidence. Please use “Correction” in the subject line. Requests will be assessed against the available sources; submitting a request does not guarantee removal or a particular outcome.
Material factual corrections should be explained on the affected article. Smaller spelling, formatting and broken-link fixes may be made without a separate correction notice.
Authorship and accountability
Articles published under the Crave Magazine name use a publication byline. This does not imply an individual professional qualification or firsthand access. Specialist credentials, interviews and testing should only be claimed where they can be substantiated. Research or drafting tools do not replace responsibility for the published facts.
